Introductory session
If you would like to know more, you are welcome to come along for an introduction, whether you are new to meditation or have experience of meditation elsewhere.
In the session you will be able to:
- understand the purpose of the meditation
- work out a correct, comfortable sitting position
- learn how to do serene reflection meditation
- try a short meditation practice
- ask questions
All sessions are free (voluntary contributions are welcome).
There is no obligation. You can just try it and see for yourself. If you wish, bring a friend.

Faraday drive is off Watling Street (V4), just north of the junction with Chaffron Way (H7).
